Starting as a labourer, he quickly immersed himself in every stage of construction—learning how to build homes from the ground up. Within just a few years, his natural skill and determination led him to carpentry, where his eye for detail and love for the craft set him apart.
Over time, Mindaugas built not only his technical expertise but also a reputation for being dependable, approachable, and committed to client relationships.
